We only collect the information you choose to send us when you email or call us.

We do not collect personal data about you unless you provide it yourself. We use no cookies for statistics, marketing or tracking and have no cookie banner. Fonts are loaded from the site itself. Plausible is the only analytics script.

We use Plausible Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics. Plausible sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and collects no personal data. Data is processed in the EU (Germany) and used only to see how the site is used – e.g. how many people click our phone number. Read more at plausible.io/data-policy.

We process the information to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation – our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have initiated yourself.

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not subscribe you to newsletters without your explicit consent.

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, the information is instead kept under the rules applicable to the client relationship, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act's requirement to retain records for five years.

The website sets only two cookies. Both are technically necessary for the site to be delivered securely and correctly, and therefore do not require consent under section 4(2) of the Danish Cookie Executive Order.

We do not sell your information or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following data processors:

• Simply.com A/S (Denmark) — email and domain.
• Lovable and Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the website. Technically necessary information such as IP addresses is processed briefly to deliver and protect the site.

Cloudflare is established in the USA. Personal data is transferred there on the basis of the transfer mechanism agreed in our data processing agreements with the relevant providers.

You have the right to access the information we process about you and to have inaccurate information corrected. You have the right to have information deleted, to restrict processing and to object to processing. You have the right to data portability.
